The 51st Winter Park Sidewalk Art Festival is this weekend and the weather should be the most beautiful thus far this year. If you've never been, it is definitely worth the trip to come experience one of Winter Park's most popular events. The Douglas Grand will have our residential city home models open all weekend and will have refreshments for our visitors. We are right across the street from the festival, come see us!

The Holiday Open House Event at the Douglas Grand at Winter Park is One Week Away!

Next Wednesday, November 11th from 4:30 to 7:30pm at the Douglas Grand in Downtown Winter Park. We will be serving food and wine as well as touring our 4 beautiful models. Door prizes will be given away!

Please join us at the Douglas Grand at Winter Park for a memorable Holiday Open House event on Wednesday, November 11th from 4:30pm to 7:30pm.

We will be serving cocktails and food prepared by a four star culinary chef. We will also be giving away door prizes throughout the evening.

During the event we will have our four award winning models (both luxury townhomes and single story flats) open and available for tours. If you're a Realtor, you are more than welcome to attend and bring your Clients with you.

Parking will be available in the public lot on the corner of New York Ave and Morse Blvd, across the street from the main entrance to the Douglas Grand at Winter Park.

It's back to school time in Central Florida, the streets in and around downtown Winter Park are bustling once again with moms and dads rushing their children to school before heading off to work - if only they lived in a unit at the Douglas Grand at Winter Park, many of the schools are within walking distance, right around the corner!

The traffic coming through the Douglas Grand has remained steady, we continue to show the units to many people visiting the area from out of town, and even some groups from Canada and Europe.
