We will be serving cocktails and food prepared by a four star culinary chef. We will also be giving away door prizes throughout the evening.
During the event we will have our four award winning models (both luxury townhomes and single story flats) open and available for tours. If you're a Realtor, you are more than welcome to attend and bring your Clients with you.
Parking will be available in the public lot on the corner of New York Ave and Morse Blvd, across the street from the main entrance to the Douglas Grand at Winter Park.

The event last year was very nice and elegantly done. My clients were very impressed with the building and the models. What a great way to showcase a property! I will be attending this year and hope to bring more interested buyers.
